JUBILEE WORLD MISSIONS INFORMATION

Established in August 2000, Jubilee World Missions is a ministry dedicated to evangelizing the lost, ministering to the saints, making disciples and building relationships with Christian leaders in other countries to spread the message of Jesus to those who have little or no access to the Gospel.

As an interdenominational, international missions ministry, Jubilee World Missions is dedicated to training Christian leaders for regional discipleship movements, with a current emphasis on awakening believers to joy of wholehearted relationship and commitment to the Lord Jesus Christ.  The ministry is actively working in India, Haiti, the Cayman Islands and the United States. Other countries involved include Brazil, Hungary, Romania, Mexico, Nepal, Honduras, and Dominican Republic

BIOGRAPHICAL INFORMATION

 

Chris Johnson is the founder and president of Jubilee World Missions, Inc. Chris committed his life to the Lord at an early age and began ministering internationally in 1982. He received a bachelor’s degree in Biblical studies with an emphasis in New Testament Greek from Dallas Baptist University in 1985. A licensed and ordained minister, Chris has served as Associate Pastor of First Baptist Church, Hebron in Carrollton, Texas and as Pastor of Shady Shores Baptist Church in Shady Shores, Texas. In 1994, Chris and his family moved to Round Rock, Texas, where he began coordinating mission efforts for Central Baptist Church.

Chris has led numerous conferences locally and internationally focusing on freeing believers to be all God has created them to be. His local ministries include leadership in the Rock House of Prayer (RockHOP), personal discipleship, marital and pre-marital discipleship, as well as itinerate speaking engagements. He is also working to develop live internet conferencing in order to train disciples in other countries on a regular basis.

Chris, his wife of 29 years, Sharelee, and their three children, Christopher, Daniel and Maleesa reside in Round Rock, Texas.
